The Position

Business Analyst


What We Need

Our Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, identifying insights, creating reports, and developing and communicating recommendations to drive business results. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and a good understanding of business fundamentals.


Your Area of Focus

  • Develop clear understanding of business issues, formulate analysis approach, and plan and execute analysis
  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze financial and business data from multiple internal and external sources 
  • Identify patterns, insights, and trends from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Develop actionable, data-driven recommendations
  • Create reports/presentations with findings and recommendations and communicate them to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain several ongoing BI analytics reports
  • Work collaboratively with various functions and teams on data projects
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics support across multiple business areas


Your Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in analytical roles
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proven record of leadership in either work or non-work settings
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including the management team, finance & accounting, marketing, sales, and customer support 
  • Working knowledge of business fundamentals
  • Ability to work collaboratively a team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
